Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :18\/02\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                               ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n\n\n\n                ------------------------------------\n\n\n\n                             W.P.(C) 5706  of  2008\n\n\n\n                -------------------------------------\n\n\n\n                           Dated: February 18, 2008\n\n\n\n                                     JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">       Petitioners   were   students   in   B.Com.   and   MBA   of   St.   John&#8217;s<\/p>\n<p>College   of   which   the   3rd  respondent   is   the   principal.     They   were<\/p>\n<p>dismissed  for   some   misconduct  on   3.2.2008.     It  is   submitted   that<\/p>\n<p>they   have   filed   Exts.P3   and   P4   appeals     which   are   pending<\/p>\n<p>consideration  by  the  1st  respondent.    According   to   the   petitioners,<\/p>\n<p>while   there   is   delay   in   considering   the   appeal,   they   will   be   losing<\/p>\n<p>their opportunity to appear for the examination.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">       2.       As long as the order of dismissal stands, petitioners are<\/p>\n<p>admittedly debarred from participating in the examination.
