It is now<\/p>\n<p>submitted that a Committee has been constituted by the Government of<\/p>\n<p>Kerala under the chairmanship of the 2nd respondent to assess the revenue<\/p>\n<p>loss and to grant proper compensation.         It is claiming this benefit,<\/p>\n<p>petitioner submits that he had submitted Ext.P5 produced along with IA<\/p>\n<p>4233\/08 and seeks an order requiring the 2nd respondent to take up Ext.P5<\/p>\n<p>for consideration and pass appropriate orders thereon.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.    If as stated by the petitioner, Ext.P5 has been made and has<\/p>\n<p>been received by the 2nd respondent, the said respondent shall consider<\/p>\n<p>the same and pass appropriate orders thereon with notice to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner.
