SHAH\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\nDate\n: 14\/06\/2010 \n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\tBefore<br \/>\nconsidering the case of the applicant on merits and considering the<br \/>\nfact that the property in question is already put to auction by<br \/>\ngiving advertisement in local newspaper and the Official Liquidator<br \/>\nhas already received offers and has filed Official Liquidator&#8217;s<br \/>\nReport No. 156\/2009 for considering the offers for confirmation of<br \/>\nthe sale of the property in question, let the applicant deposit an<br \/>\namount of Rs. 50,000\/- with the Registry of this Court towards cost<br \/>\nincurred by the office of the Official Liquidator in inviting offers<br \/>\nby giving advertisement and towards other costs and on such deposit<br \/>\nonly the case of the applicant on merits can be considered.  At the<br \/>\nrequest of Shri Sanjanwala, learned advocate appearing on behalf of<br \/>\nthe applicant, stand over to 28th June, 2010.
