Public Prosecutor for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                Petitioner is in jail custody since 23.7.2011 in a case<\/p>\n<p>                    registered under <a href=\"\/doc\/1982060\/\" id=\"a_1\">sections 450<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/959623\/\" id=\"a_1\">458<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/37788\/\" id=\"a_2\">34<\/a> of the IPC and 25 (1-B)a, 26,<\/p>\n<p>                    30, 35 of the <a href=\"\/doc\/1934415\/\" id=\"a_3\">Arms Act<\/a> on the allegation that on the alleged date of the<\/p>\n<p>                    occurrence he along with other accused entered into the house of the<\/p>\n<p>                    informant with intention to commit murder but subsequently, he was<\/p>\n<p>                    caught by the informant and other inmates of the house and loaded<\/p>\n<p>                    rifle was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. Later on, the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner was produced before the police.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                The contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that,<\/p>\n<p>                    as a matter of fact, on the alleged date of the occurrence, petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                    was mercilessly assaulted by the prosecution party for which the<\/p>\n<p>                    petitioner lodged Mirganj P.S. Case no. 128\/2011.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                Taking into consideration the above stated facts and<\/p>\n<p>                    circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>                    Umesh Shahi, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs<\/p>\n<p>                    10,000\/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction<\/p>\n<p>                    of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj in Mirganj P.S.
