HEMA, J.\n\n                ---------------------------------------------------\n                   Bail Appl.No. 6536 of 2008\n                ---------------------------------------------------\n           Dated this the 23rd day of October, 2008.\n\n                                    ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">           Petition for anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">           2. The alleged offences are under Sections 51, 52(A)<\/p>\n<p>read with 63 and 68<a href=\"\/doc\/671631\/\" id=\"a_1\">(A) of the Copy Right Act<\/a> 1957. According to<\/p>\n<p>prosecution, unauthorised CDs&#8217; were seized from the shop run by<\/p>\n<p>the petitioner in a search conducted by the police.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">           3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that<\/p>\n<p>the CDs&#8217; are not unauthorised. He has purchased it from various<\/p>\n<p>agents and there is certificate of the owner in the CDs&#8217;.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">           4. Learned Public Prosecutor submitted that the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner may be directed to surrender before the investigating<\/p>\n<p>officer   and subject to that he has no objection in granting<\/p>\n<p>anticipatory bail.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">      Hence, the following order is Passed:<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">      1)   Petitioner shall surrender before the Investigating<\/p>\n<p>           Officer within seven days from today and make<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">[B.A.No.6536\/08]                  2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            himself available for interrogation and co-operate<\/p>\n<p>            with the investigation.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">      2)    Petitioner shall be released on bail, in the event of<\/p>\n<p>            his arrest, on his executing bond for Rs.25,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>            with two solvent sureties each for the like sum to<\/p>\n<p>            the satisfaction of the arresting officer on condition<\/p>\n<p>            that he shall report before the investigating officer<\/p>\n<p>            as and when directed and he shall not commit any<\/p>\n<p>            offence while on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">    This petition is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_8\">\n<p id=\"p_9\">                                           K.
