Interlocutory Application No. 7916 of 2010:-\n<\/p>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_1\"><p>                                       This application under <a href=\"\/doc\/100581\/\" id=\"a_1\">Section 5<\/a> of the<br \/>\n                         Limitation Act has been filed by the appellant for<br \/>\n                         condonation of delay of 217 days occurred in filing the<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                           -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p>          Letters Patent Appeal.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_1\"><p>                         On the facts and in the circumstances of the<br \/>\n          case, the delay in filing the Letters Patent Appeal is<br \/>\n          condoned.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_2\"><p>                         The    Interlocutory   Application   stands<br \/>\n          disposed of.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_3\"><p>          Letters Patent Appeal No. 1409 of 2010: &#8211;\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_4\"><p>                      This appeal under Clause 10 of the Letters<br \/>\n          Patent has been preferred by respondent no.4 against the<br \/>\n          order dated 23rd December 2009 made by the learned<br \/>\n          single Judge in C.W.J.C.
