Petitioner         had  earlier<\/p>\n<p>filed  Crl.M.C.72\/2006        to     quash       the   proceedings.<\/p>\n<p>Under Annexure-B order, the petition was dismissed<\/p>\n<p>but petitioner was granted                  two weeks time to<\/p>\n<p>surrender and apply for bail. Petitioner did not<\/p>\n<p>surrender. This petition is filed for                  granting two<\/p>\n<p>weeks   time to appear before the Magistrate as<\/p>\n<p>provided under Annexure-B order. Argument of the<\/p>\n<p>learned counsel is that         petitioner was not in India<\/p>\n<p>and he came back only yesterday and therefore, two<\/p>\n<p>weeks time be granted. I find no reason to grant<\/p>\n<p>time    as    sought           for.          While       dismissing<\/p>\n<p>Crl.M.C.72\/2006 this court granted two weeks time to<\/p>\n<p>surrender before the Magistrate, so that petitioner<\/p>\n<p>will not be arrested       within that period. Petitioner<\/p>\n<p>did not avail that benefit.
