                              This is an application seeking restoration<\/p>\n
                   of Cr. Misc. No. 12195\/2009 dismissed for non-<\/p>\n
                   prosecution vide order dated 27.09.2010 by this<\/p>\n
                   court.    The   said   application    was   filed   seeking<\/p>\n
                   quashing of order dated 09.04.2008 passed by Sub-<\/p>\n
                   Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in Laxmipur<\/p>\n
                   P.S. Case No. 117\/2007 for offences under Section 7<\/a><\/p>\n
                   of the Essential Commodities Act.<\/p>\n
                              After some arguments, learned counsel for<\/p>\n
                   the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this<\/p>\n
                   application with a liberty to agitate all his points<\/p>\n
                   before the court below at an appropriate stage<\/p>\n
                   preferably at the time of hearing on the point of<\/p>\n
                   charge.\n<\/p>\n
                              Permission is granted.\n<\/p>\n
                              Accordingly,     this     application    stands<\/p>\n
