Justice KURIAN JOSEPH\n\n Dated :22\/08\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                            KURIAN JOSEPH, J.\n                  ----------------------------------------------\n                      W.P.(C) No.20769 of 2006\n                  ----------------------------------------------\n                      Dated 22nd August, 2008.\n                              J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                   Petitioner is aggrieved by Exts.P2, P4 and P6 in the<\/p>\n<p>matter of liability to pay the stamp duty. According to the petitioner,<\/p>\n<p>the matter is squarely covered in her favour, in view of the decisions of<\/p>\n<p>this court in (1) <a href=\"\/doc\/680600\/\" id=\"a_1\">State of Kerala v. George Jacob<\/a> (2005(4) KLT 709<\/p>\n<p>(DB) and (2) <a href=\"\/doc\/701976\/\" id=\"a_1\">All Kerala Document Writers &amp; Scribes Association<\/p>\n<p>v. State of Kerala<\/a> (2005(3) KLT 234).               According to the learned<\/p>\n<p>Government Pleader, the factual position may not help the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>to place reliance on the judgments.
