No. 4323 of 2010\n          - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n         Dated this the 10th day of February, 2010\n\n                           JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">Joseph J<\/p>\n<p>      The prayer in the Writ Petition is as follows:<\/p>\n<p>      To grant the Family Court, Nedumangad to finally dispose of<\/p>\n<p>O.S. No. 294 of 2000 of Family Court, Thiruvananthapuram which<\/p>\n<p>is renumbered as O.S. No. 32 of 2005 of Family Court,<\/p>\n<p>Nedumangad within a time limit fixed by this Honourable court.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2. We got a report and it has been informed by the learned<\/p>\n<p>Judge in the report that two more witnesses for the plaintiff are to<\/p>\n<p>be examined and the case is posted for that purpose. It is also<\/p>\n<p>submitted by the learned Judge that in view of the camp sitting, the<\/p>\n<p>date has to be re-fixed. The learned Judge also informed that the<\/p>\n<p>suit can be disposed of within three months.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">      3. Having regard to the facts, the Writ Petition is disposed of<\/p>\n<p>W.P.(C). No. 4323 of 2010<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                                 :2:<\/span><\/p>\n<p>   directing the Family Court, Nedumangad to dispose of O.S. No. 32<\/p>\n<p>   of 2005 within a period of four months from today. The petitioner<\/p>\n<p>   will produce a copy of this judgment before the Family Court,<\/p>\n<p>   Nedumangad within one week from today, for compliance.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                    K.M.
