No. 24064 OF 2004\n                --------------------------------------\n            Dated this the 14th day of March, 2008.\n\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>      In the matter of disbursement of pensionary benefits,<\/p>\n<p>fixation etc., Exhibit P7 appeal and Exhibits P8 to P11<\/p>\n<p>representations are pending before various respondents. There<\/p>\n<p>will be a direction to the concerned and competent respondent to<\/p>\n<p>look into the appeal and the representations with notice to the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon in accordance with<\/p>\n<p>law within a period of four months from the date of production of<\/p>\n<p>a copy of this judgment by the petitioner before the said<\/p>\n<p>respondent.
