Kuriakose, J.\n\n               - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n                        W.P.(C) No.   2089  of  2008\n\n               - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n\n               Dated this the 21st  day of January,2008\n\n\n                                  JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">       The   3rd  respondent   Municipality   has   filed   a   detailed   statement<\/p>\n<p>which would show that the proceedings initiated as per Ext.P1 has been<\/p>\n<p>finalized.  In so far as it relates to item 11 of Ext.P1 tender notification<\/p>\n<p>the tender of Sri P.C. Thomas was accepted, agreement was executed<\/p>\n<p>and he has commenced the work. In the above  facts and circumstances,<\/p>\n<p>I dispose of the writ petition without granting the relief sought for. It is<\/p>\n<p>made clear that the petitioner&#8217;s remedy, if any,  before the Ombudsman<\/p>\n<p>directly or before the Government is not foreclosed.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">       With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                                           Pius C.
