No.4774 of 2010 (V)\n              ---------------------------------\n            Dated, this the 15th day of February, 2010\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">     The petitioner&#8217;s claim is for enhanced rate for the work of<\/p>\n<p>Community Hall at Varappetty Kavala in Varappetty Grama<\/p>\n<p>Panchayat. It is stated that in view of Ext.P3 Government Order<\/p>\n<p>dated 15\/01\/2008, and Ext.P11 resolution passed by the Panchayat,<\/p>\n<p>he is entitled to enhanced rate. It is also contended that claiming<\/p>\n<p>revised rate, Ext.P8 application has been made and a decision on<\/p>\n<p>Ext.P8 is yet to be communicated.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">     2.     If  as   stated   by    the   petitioner, the aforesaid<\/p>\n<p>representation is pending, it is up to the 1st respondent to take a<\/p>\n<p>decision on Ext.P8, in the light of Exts.P2, P3 &amp; P11.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">     Therefore, I dispose of this writ petition directing the 1st<\/p>\n<p>respondent to pass orders on Ext.P8 representation in the manner<\/p>\n<p>as directed above.
