Subsequently information was provided on<br \/>\n23\/04\/2009 &amp; 06\/06\/2009 and on 06\/06\/2009 all the information required by the appellant<br \/>\nwas supplied by me. The information which was available in the personnel branch and with<br \/>\nthe CTTI&#8217;s office was made available initially. Due to gauge conversion in KIR-JBN section<br \/>\nincluding Katiar Yard Remodeling a lot of records were shifted from CTTI&#8217;s office to the<br \/>\nCommercial Store. After exhaustive search in the commercial store, attendance registers<br \/>\npertaining to 1998 &amp; 1999 were retrieved and accordingly all the information as desired by<br \/>\nthe appellant was made available to the appellant.&#8221;
