It appears from the jail<br \/>\nreport that the convict has enjoyed furlough and he had surrendered<br \/>\nin time.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">\tHence,<br \/>\nconsidering the facts and circumstances, the convict be released on<br \/>\ntemporary bail for a period of  2[Two] weeks from the date of his<br \/>\nactual release on personal bond of Rs.5,000\/- [Rupees Five Thousand<br \/>\nonly] with the further direction that on expiry of the period, he<br \/>\nshall surrender with the jail authority.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\tThe<br \/>\napplication is allowed to the aforesaid extent.
