(C) No<\/a>.14686 OF 2009\n             - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n             Dated this the 15th day of June, 2009\n\n                            J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">          The manager of a self financing Teachers Training<\/p>\n<p>Institute has sought for affiliation of the same from the<\/p>\n<p>Government. Ext. P13 application is pending before the Director<\/p>\n<p>of Public Instructions. Though several contentions have been<\/p>\n<p>taken up in the writ petition, learned counsel for petitioner<\/p>\n<p>confines his prayer for a direction to dispose of ExtP13.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.  I have heard the learned Government Pleader also.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">      3.
