The appellant has taken treatment as an inpatient for a
\nperiod of 13 days and thereafter, follow-up treatment, The<\/p>\n
injuries have resulted in permanent disability. The<\/p>\n
has awarded a sum of Rs.50,000\/– towards  4_<\/p>\n
sufferings, which is inadequate. Havingregard.V’,{\u00a7.’I,f.he natured’ ‘ j <\/p>\n
of injuries, duration and naturei\ufb02of-_ treatment,\u00ab. <\/p>\n

11. The Tribunal has awarded a <\/p>\n

appellant has produced income  show that
\nthe appellant was earning raore \/– per annum.
\nTherefore, it is proper to take.  appellant at
\nRs.4,000\/- Accordingly;  ismtaken and a sum of
\nRs.24,000\/j<i.S_   of income during the

\n of life. The appellant has suffered<\/p>\n
fract–:iVre’_  bone, fracture of parietal bone, Left<\/p>\n
T’ Fort — Il”‘\u00abfrac’ture7’and multiple rib fracture and it has resulted<\/p>\n
in”-pemrzlanerltll disability of 25% in respect of the whole body.<\/p>\n
Tihel\ufb02octo\u00e9r has deposed that the appellant suffers from optic<\/p>\n
  lnerv’e”damage and it has impaired his hearing. The appellant<\/p>\n
[9\/\/<\/p>\n
disability needs to be taken at 25% as the appeliarit has<\/p>\n
suffered permanent disability of 25% in respect of .the;\u00ab\u00abxiifia.o1e<\/p>\n
