Case No. 49\/10 pending<\/p>\n<p>                 in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,<\/p>\n<p>                 Muzaffarpur registered under <a href=\"\/doc\/1279834\/\" id=\"a_1\">Sections 376<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/1599401\/\" id=\"a_1\">341<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/1011035\/\" id=\"a_2\">323<\/a>,<\/p>\n<p>                 <a href=\"\/doc\/555306\/\" id=\"a_3\">504<\/a> and <a href=\"\/doc\/180217\/\" id=\"a_4\">506<\/a>\/<a href=\"\/doc\/37788\/\" id=\"a_5\">34<\/a> of the Indian Penal Code.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                              It is specifically alleged against Ram Pravesh<\/p>\n<p>                 Kumar to have established physical relationship with<\/p>\n<p>                 the informant.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                              It is alleged against this petitioner to have<\/p>\n<p>                 given life threat to the informant side for not lodging<\/p>\n<p>                 the case.
