DAVE\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 28\/04\/2011 \n\n \n\nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p>\tThis<br \/>\napplication is preferred by the applicant for grant of temporary bail<br \/>\non the ground that out of five daughters, two daughters of<br \/>\nmarriageable age need presence of the applicant so as to explore the<br \/>\npossibility to find out suitable matches for them and in the past<br \/>\nwhenever he was granted bail, he surrendered in time.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tHaving<br \/>\nheard learned advocates for the parties and considering the jail<br \/>\nrecord of the applicant submitted by the learned APP, which is<br \/>\nreasonably good, the applicant is granted temporary bail for a period<br \/>\nof 10 days from the date of his release by imposing suitable<br \/>\nconditions to the satisfaction of the jail authority.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tAccordingly,<br \/>\nthis application is allowed.\n<\/p>\n<p>\tDirect<br \/>\nService is permitted.\n<\/p>\n<p>[Anant<br \/>\nS.
