Purpose with Tenure thereof with fill address\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">b) How many Motorcycle stand, Rly. Canteen, Sulabh- Sauchalaya, Commission Agency for<br \/>\n     Selling of Railway Ticket are allotted to SC\/ST people in Adra Division? Cost for utilization of JAG Officer for 1 hrs. = Rs.216.00\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_9\">   2.      Cost for utilization of one inspector for 4 hrs. = Rs. 471. 00\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_10\">   3.      Cost for utilization of one Sr. Steno for 2 hrs. = Rs. 200.00\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_11\">   4.      Computer and other stationery cost for 1 hrs. = Rs.50.00<br \/>\n                                             Total Cost     = Rs.937.00<\/p>\n<p>       Above staff cost of Rs.937\/- only is to be sent through IPO\/DD in favour of<br \/>\nFA&amp;CAO\/GRG immediately after receiving this letter.<br \/>\nFurther application for information will be consider after receiving the above fees.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_12\">First Appellate Authority ordered.<br \/>\nNot replied.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_13\">Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:<br \/>\nThe following were present<br \/>\nAppellant : Absent<br \/>\nRespondent : Mr. S.K.Sinha, PIO and Mr. S. Majumdar , PIO(Admin. H.Q. Kolkata)<br \/>\nThe PIO states that he had given information also he had given additional information on<br \/>\n18\/05\/2009. He admits that his demand for a payment of Rs. 937\/- was improper.
