Heard learned counsel for petitioners and learned<\/p>\n<p>                  counsel for the State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                              The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                  a case registered for the offence punishable under <a href=\"\/doc\/1599401\/\" id=\"a_1\">sections 341<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/1011035\/\" id=\"a_1\">323<\/a><\/p>\n<p>                  and <a href=\"\/doc\/538436\/\" id=\"a_2\">498A<\/a> of the Indian Penal Code.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                              Admittedly, marriage had taken place six years ago.<\/p>\n<p>                  There was no complaint of ill treatment or torture initially. The<\/p>\n<p>                  couple was blessed with three daughters. The problem started since<\/p>\n<p>                  last six months.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                              It is submitted that there is no truth behind the allegation<\/p>\n<p>                  of subjecting the informant to cruelty for non-fulfillment of demand<\/p>\n<p>                  of dowry. Petitioner no.1 is husband, petitioner no.2 is father-in-law,<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioner no.3 is mother-in-law and petitioner nos.4 and 5 are<\/p>\n<p>                  unmarried sister-in-law (Nanad) of the informant. It is also<\/p>\n<p>                  submitted that the informant is a short tempered lady and she out of<\/p>\n<p>                  her own will has abandoned her matrimonial home.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                              Taking into consideration the aforesaid facts let the<\/p>\n<p>                  petitioners, namely, 1.Mukesh Yadav, 2.Sato Yadav, 3.Chander<\/p>\n<p>                  Devi, 4.Sulekha Kumari and 5.Ful Kumari in the event of arrest or<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                               2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>        surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from<\/p>\n<p>        the date of receipt\/communication of the order be released on bail on<\/p>\n<p>        furnishing bail bonds of Rs.5,000\/- (five thousand) with two sureties<\/p>\n<p>        of the like amount each to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Saharsa in<\/p>\n<p>        connection with Salkhua P.S. Case No.66 of 2011 subject to the<\/p>\n<p>        conditions as laid down under <a href=\"\/doc\/1692057\/\" id=\"a_3\">section 438(2)<\/a> of the Code of<\/p>\n<p>        Criminal Procedure.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">\n<pre id=\"pre_1\">Md.S.
