No. 3932<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\"> 2         Patna High Court LPA No.1236 of 2011 (2) dt.19-09-2011<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                                                2\/2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>                   of 2011, the writ petitioner has preferred this Appeal under Clause<br \/>\n                   10 of the Letters Patent.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                    The matter at issue is the black mark entered into the<br \/>\n                   service record of the petitioner by way of punishment. Learned<br \/>\n                   single Judge has rejected the challenge.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                    We are in agreement with the learned single Judge.<br \/>\n                   No case for interference is made out.
