Justice J.M.JAMES\n\n Dated :28\/08\/2006\n\n O R D E R\n                           J.M.JAMES, J.\n\n                             --------------\n\n                          B.A. 5303\/2006\n\n                           ------------------\n\n   DATED THIS THE 28TH DAY OF AUGUST, 2006\n\n\n\n\n                             O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">              The   petitioner   is   the   sole   accused,   in   crime<\/p>\n<p>No.382\/2006   of   Anchal   Police   Station,   for   the   offence<\/p>\n<p>punishable   under   <a href=\"\/doc\/538436\/\" id=\"a_1\">Section   498A<\/a>   IPC.   He   is   before   this<\/p>\n<p>Court,   under   <a href=\"\/doc\/1783708\/\" id=\"a_1\">Section   438<\/a>   Cr.P.C.,   as   he   apprehends<\/p>\n<p>arrest.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\n<p id=\"p_2\">        2.    I heard both sides. Considering the materials on<\/p>\n<p>record,   I   direct   the   petitioner   to   surrender   before   the<\/p>\n<p>Investigating   Officer,   in   crime   No.382\/2006   of   Anchal<\/p>\n<p>Police Station, on 1.9.2006.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\n<p id=\"p_4\">        3.    The   Investigating   Officer   shall   interrogate   the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner   and   thereafter,   produce   him   before   the   Court<\/p>\n<p>below, on the same day itself.
