Justice V.RAMKUMAR\n\n Dated :25\/06\/2007\n\n O R D E R\n                      V.RAMKUMAR, J.\n                      ----------------------------\n                    Crl.R.P.No. 2478\/2007\n                      -----------------------------\n               Dated this 25th day of June, 2007\n\n                            O R D E R\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">           The accused in C.C.No.1613\/1999 on the file of the<\/p>\n<p>J.F.C.M,   Perumbavoor,         for an offence punishable under<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/doc\/1823824\/\" id=\"a_1\">Section 138<\/a> of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881,<\/p>\n<p>challenges the conviction entered and the sentence passed<\/p>\n<p>against him concurrently by the Courts below.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.   Pending this revision, the parties have settled the<\/p>\n<p>matter. Crl.M.A.6947\/2007 has been filed under <a href=\"\/doc\/177946336\/\" id=\"a_1\">Section 147<\/a><\/p>\n<p>of the N.I.Act seeking the permission to record the<\/p>\n<p>composition entered into by the revision petitioner with the<\/p>\n<p>complainant. The said petition has been signed by both the<\/p>\n<p>revision petitioner as well as the complainant           and their<\/p>\n<p>respective counsels.
