Singh, A.C. to S.C.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                                  No.3.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">2   26.04.2011         Heard      learned         counsel     for      the<\/p>\n<p>                 petitioner as well as learned counsel for<\/p>\n<p>                 the State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                       Petitioner        has       filed     this    writ<\/p>\n<p>                 application     for     a     direction       to      the<\/p>\n<p>                 respondents    to     consider       his     case     for<\/p>\n<p>                 grant of first and second A.C.P and its<\/p>\n<p>                 consequential benefits.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                       Petitioner        has       already     filed     a<\/p>\n<p>                 representation      before        respondent        no.3,<\/p>\n<p>                 Inspector     General       of     Registration        on<\/p>\n<p>                 26.06.2008, vide Annexure-3.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">                       Learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                 submits that the same has not yet been<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                      2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>     considered and no final orders have been<\/p>\n<p>     passed on the same.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">              In   the     circumstances,      the   writ<\/p>\n<p>     application      is     disposed    of     with    a<\/p>\n<p>     direction to respondent no.3, Inspector<\/p>\n<p>     General of Registration, Bihar, Patna to<\/p>\n<p>     consider representation of the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>     and dispose it of by a reasoned order in<\/p>\n<p>     accordance with law preferably within a<\/p>\n<p>     period of two months from the date of<\/p>\n<p>     receipt\/production        of   a   copy    of   this<\/p>\n<p>     order.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">              Petitioner will be at liberty to<\/p>\n<p>     file     a    detailed     representation         for<\/p>\n<p>     appropriate     consideration      by     the   I.G.<\/p>\n<p>     Registration along with a copy of this<\/p>\n<p>     order.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_8\">\n<p id=\"p_9\">                    (J.
