FATMI): Sir, on behalf of Shri Arjun Singh, I beg to move the following :\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\u201cThat in pursuance of the provisions contained in clauses (ii) to (iv) of rule 4 read with clause (3) of rule 15 of the Rules and Regulations of the Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad, the members of this House do proceed to elect, in such manner as the Speaker may direct, two members from among themselves, to serve as members of the General Council of the Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad, subject to the other provisions of the said Rules and Regulations.\u201d   <\/p>\n<p>\u00a0  <\/p>\n<p>MR.
