No. 912 of 2009\n          -----------------------------------------------\n           Dated this the 11th day of August, 2010\n\n                        J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p>Pius C.Kuriakose, J.\n<\/p>\n<p>     It is brought to our notice that Ext.A3, which was relied<\/p>\n<p>on by the Reference Court, has been set aside by this Court<\/p>\n<p>by judgment in LAA. No. 1363 of 2008. We notice from the<\/p>\n<p>impugned judgment that it was relying mainly on A3 that<\/p>\n<p>the Reference Court granted the enhancement under the<\/p>\n<p>impugned judgment. Since A3 has been set aside, we are<\/p>\n<p>of the view that the impugned judgment is liable to be set<\/p>\n<p>aside. Accordingly, we set aside the impugned judgment<\/p>\n<p>and decree and remand LAR. No. 215 of 2005 to the Sub<\/p>\n<p>Court, Thiruvananthapuram.
