THE INCHARGE MEDICAL OFFICER, PRIMARY\n                 HEALTH\n                                       -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2   08\/12\/2010             In view of letter no. 359 dated 28.08.2008 on the<\/p>\n<p>                   basis of direction and decision taken by the State Health<\/p>\n<p>                   Society, petitioner came to be appointed as Yoga<\/p>\n<p>                   Instructor on payment of Rs.10,000\/- per month. Claim<\/p>\n<p>                   of the petitioner is that thereafter he worked in that<\/p>\n<p>                   capacity. Details of the attendance register duly certified<\/p>\n<p>                   by the Incharge Medical Officer, Primary Health Centre,<\/p>\n<p>                   Arwal dated 15.02.2009 has been annexed as annexure-7<\/p>\n<p>                   by the petitioner,   but since payments have not been<\/p>\n<p>                   made for the period he imparted instructions, this writ<\/p>\n<p>                   application has been filed.\n<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                           -2-<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\n<p>                This writ application is disposed of with a<\/p>\n<p>        direction upon the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical<\/p>\n<p>        Officer, Arwal (respondent no. 3) that pursuant to his<\/p>\n<p>        decision contained in annexure-5, he must take steps for<\/p>\n<p>        payment of salary of the petitioner if there is no legal<\/p>\n<p>        impediment therein, within a period of three months from<\/p>\n<p>        the date of communication or production of a copy of<\/p>\n<p>        this order.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                This writ application stands disposed of with the<\/p>\n<p>        direction aforesaid.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\n<pre id=\"pre_1\">AMIN\/                   (Ajay Kumar Tripathi, J.)\n <\/pre>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Patna High Court &#8211; Orders Akhileshwar Prasad Singh vs The State Of Bihar &amp;Amp; Ors on 8 December, 2010 IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT PATNA CWJC No.2857 of 2010 1.
