Justice P.Q.BARKATH ALI\n\n Dated :23\/05\/2009\n\n O R D E R\n           PIUS.C.KURIAKOSE &amp; P.Q.BARKATH ALI, JJ.\n                        - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                             L.A.A.No.453 OF 2009\n                    - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                      Dated this the 23rd day of May, 2009\n\n                                  JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">Pius.C.Kuriakose, J.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      A copy of the judgment in L.A.A.No.537\/07 is incorporated.<\/p>\n<p>L.A.A.No.537\/07 pertains to acquisition in the same village for the<\/p>\n<p>same purpose pursuant to a Section 4(1) notification which was<\/p>\n<p>published much earlier on 09\/2\/1998.                   The land value which was<\/p>\n<p>granted in that case for similar property was slightly lesser than the<\/p>\n<p>land value given in this case. Thus it can be safely concluded that the<\/p>\n<p>properties are identical.
