Justice ANTONY DOMINIC\n\n Dated :10\/11\/2008\n\n O R D E R\n                            ANTONY DOMINIC, J.\n                - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n                        W.P(C).No. 32987 OF 2008\n                - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - -\n               Dated this the 10th day of November, 2008\n\n                                    JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      Petitioner submits that during the period from 30.03.03 and<\/p>\n<p>30.06.05, she was holding charge of headmaster of the school of<\/p>\n<p>which the 4th respondent is the Manager and Ext.P3 is the order.<\/p>\n<p>She applied to have that spell of service regularised, but however it<\/p>\n<p>was rejected by the DPI by Ext.P4. Against this order, the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>has filed Ext.P5 revision before the 1st respondent, where the<\/p>\n<p>petitioner is relying on Ext.P6 Government Letter dated 05.12.88.
