Mr.Anil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                     submitted that the matter was purely a dispute of civil nature and<\/p>\n<p>                     for such dispute criminal proceeding was not required to be<\/p>\n<p>                     initiated. However, the learned Magistrate without any material<\/p>\n<p>                     had proceeded with the present case.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                 However, after some argument, learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this petition to raise all<\/p>\n<p>                     the pleas which have been taken in the present case and any other<\/p>\n<p>                     available points at an appropriate stage before court below.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                 Mr.J.K.Giri, learned counsel appearing on behalf of<\/p>\n<p>                     opposite party no.2, is present and he has no objection.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                 Prayer is allowed.
