02.   31.03.2011           Petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case<\/p>\n
                   registered under Sections 420<\/a>, 406<\/a>, 323<\/a>, 427<\/a>, 379<\/a>,<\/p>\n
                   504<\/a>\/34<\/a> of the I.P.C.\n<\/p>\n
                              It is alleged against the petitioner to have<\/p>\n
                   received    Rs.   1,40,000\/-    for   getting   the      informant<\/p>\n
                   employed in the Railway.\n<\/p>\n
                              It is submitted by learned counsel for the<\/p>\n
                   petitioner that the brother of the petitioner lodged a case<\/p>\n
                   of   motorcycle    snatching    against   the    informant      on<\/p>\n
                   11.11.2009 and thereafter the present case was lodged<\/p>\n
                   on 08.12.2009. It is further submitted that there is no<\/p>\n
                   proof with regard to the payment to the petitioner.<\/p>\n
                               Considering   the    aforesaid      facts,    let   the<\/p>\n
                   petitioner namely Vijay Paswan, in the event of his arrest<\/p>\n
                   or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12<\/p>\n
                   weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on<\/p>\n
                   furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000\/-(ten thousand) with<\/p>\n
                   two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n
                   Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with<\/p>\n
                   Brahmpur P.S. Case No. 369 of 2009.\n<\/p>\n
