Whether the judgment should be reported in the Digest?\n\n\nAjay Tewari, J.\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">            This appeal has been filed by the appellant against the<\/p>\n<p>concurrent judgments of the Courts below decreeing the suit for recovery on<\/p>\n<p>the basis of the pronote. Learned counsel for the appellant has proposed<\/p>\n<p>the following substantial questions :-<\/p>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_1\"><p>            a)        Whether any reliance can be placed on the testimony of<\/p>\n<p>            witnesses on whose instances the pronote is fabricated and<\/p>\n<p>            execution whereof has not been proved and neither the<\/p>\n<p>            signatures of the deceased Mohinder Singh have been admitted.<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\"> RSA No. 649 of 2006                   2<\/span><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<blockquote id=\"blockquote_1\"><p>            b)        Whether the Courts below can decree the suit of the<\/p>\n<p>            plaintiff after the death of executor of pronote i.e. Mohinder<\/p>\n<p>            Singh only on the basis of statement of PWs?<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\n<p id=\"p_2\">            It would be seen that both the questions are pure questions of<\/p>\n<p>fact. Learned counsel for the appellant has taken me through the findings<\/p>\n<p>and the evidence on record but I regret my inability to hold that either the<\/p>\n<p>findings are based on no evidence or that they are based on such a<\/p>\n<p>misreading of the evidence which would render them perverse.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">            Consequently this appeal is dismissed.
