In the said circumstances,<\/p>\n<p>the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this<\/p>\n<p>Court to withdraw the Writ Petition without prejudice to the<\/p>\n<p>rights of the petitioner to challenge the concerned order in the<\/p>\n<p>due course.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">     2.
