                              Though the appellant has been convicted<\/p>\n
                    under sections 307<\/a>\/34<\/a> of the Indian Penal Code but<\/p>\n
                    considering the inconsistencies with regard to manner<\/p>\n
                    of occurrence in the evidence of PW 8, let the<\/p>\n
                    appellant above named during the pendency of this<\/p>\n
                    appeal be released on bail on furnishing of bail bonds<\/p>\n
                    of Rs. 10,000\/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the<\/p>\n
                    like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned<\/p>\n
