Mr. K.L.Pandya,<br \/>\n\tlearned APP waives service of rule on behalf of respondent &#8211;<br \/>\n\tState.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\tThis<br \/>\n\tis an application preferred by applicant &#8211; accused arrested in<br \/>\n\tconnection with Crime Register No.I-39 of 2010 of Patdi Police<br \/>\n\tStation praying for temporary bail for a period of 30 days on the<br \/>\n\tground of operation of hystrectomy of his wife fixed on 3.10.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">\tHeard Mr.K.L.Pandya,<br \/>\n\tlearned APP for the respondent &#8211; State. Mr.Pandya has strongly<br \/>\n\topposed this temporary bail application.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\tI have perused papers. I<br \/>\n\tdeem it fit and proper to order release of the applicant on<br \/>\n\ttemporary bail for a period of 10 (ten) days from the actual date of<br \/>\n\this release.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">\t In<br \/>\n\tthe facts and circumstances of the case the accused &#8211;<br \/>\n\tapplicant is ordered to be released on temporary bail on his<br \/>\n\tfurnishing personal bond of Rs.5,000\/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only)<br \/>\n\twith the jail authority for a period of 10 (ten) days from the<br \/>\n\tactual date of his release. He shall surrender with the jail<br \/>\n\tauthority on expiry of the temporary bail period. Rule made absolute<br \/>\n\tto the aforesaid extent.
