The petitioner is languishing in jail custody since<\/p>\n<p>                     14.05.2010.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                Considering the period of detention in jail<\/p>\n<p>                     custody, the petitioner, namely, Mojibur Rahman is directed<\/p>\n<p>                     to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs 10,000\/-<\/p>\n<p>                     (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in<\/p>\n<p>                     connection with Kochadhaman P.S.
