No.1387 of 2008\n               ----------------------------------------------\n                    Dated 12th August, 2008.\n\n                           J U D G M E N T\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">Kurian Joseph, J.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">C.M.Application No.1447\/08 : There is a delay of 89 days in filing<\/p>\n<p>the appeal.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">     This is an appeal filed by the State aggrieved by the fixation<\/p>\n<p>of land value by the reference court, Sub Court, Ernakulam. The<\/p>\n<p>acquisition is for KINFRA. The extent involved is 2.83 Ares. This<\/p>\n<p>court, by judgment dated 17.7.2008 in LAA 310\/2007 and<\/p>\n<p>connected cases, dismissed such appeals having an extent of less<\/p>\n<p>than one acre. Therefore, there is no reason to condone the<\/p>\n<p>delay.
