All of them<\/p>\n<p>had prior temporary service which according to them,<\/p>\n<p>could      be  counted    for    various     service benefits.<\/p>\n<p>Petitioners   have    submitted      Exhibits   P1   to  P11<\/p>\n<p>representations before the 2nd respondent requesting to<\/p>\n<p>count their prior service for all service benefits.    As per<\/p>\n<p>the amendment in the Kerala Service Rules brought about<\/p>\n<p>as   per    Exhibit-P12   notification     dated   11.10.2007<\/p>\n<p>(published in the Gazette dated        22.10.2007) Rule 22C<\/p>\n<p>have been added, wherein, persons who are already in<\/p>\n<p>service shall be entitled to prefer such claim to count<\/p>\n<p>any service benefits after entering Government service<\/p>\n<p>within two years from the date of the amendment.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.
