RESPONDENTS\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2   21.04.2011                   Heard Sri Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner and Sri Shashi Shekhar, learned A.C. to Standing<\/p>\n<p>                     Counsel No. 9, appearing on behalf of all the respondents.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                 The petitioner while invoking extraordinary writ<\/p>\n<p>                     jurisdiction of this court has prayed for directing the respondents<\/p>\n<p>                     to make payment of remaining unpaid retiral dues, such as, entire<\/p>\n<p>                     provident fund amount.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                 From the pleading it is evident that the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                     retired as &#8216;Assistant Engineer&#8217; from the Office of Respondent No.<\/p>\n<p>                     3, on 31.03.1994. No plausible explanation has been given in the<\/p>\n<p>                     writ petition for slumbering over his right for payment of aforesaid<\/p>\n<p>                     dues. Besides this, in the writ petition not even a single document<\/p>\n<p>                     has been brought to show as to ever the petitioner had ever<\/p>\n<p>                     demanded justice before the authority concerned or not.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                 It was submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner<\/p>\n<p>                     that in paragraph no. 7 of the writ petition the petitioner has stated<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                                 2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>         that due to illness he had not earlier claimed for his aforesaid dues.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                      From the writ petition it is evident that no demand of<\/p>\n<p>         justice was earlier made by the petitioner despite the fact that<\/p>\n<p>         petitioner retired in the year 1994.
