No.35908 of 2010\n                               BABLOO DUBEY\n                                      Versus\n                             THE STATE OF BIHAR\n                                     -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2   29.09.2010                  Heard       learned       counsels        for     the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner and the State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                The petitioner is languishing in jail<\/p>\n<p>                     custody since 05.08.2010 in a case registered<\/p>\n<p>                     under <a href=\"\/doc\/764237\/\" id=\"a_1\">Section 394<\/a> of the Indian Penal Code and<\/p>\n<p>                     later on <a href=\"\/doc\/455468\/\" id=\"a_1\">Sections 307<\/a>, <a href=\"\/doc\/1897847\/\" id=\"a_2\">120B<\/a> and <a href=\"\/doc\/844968\/\" id=\"a_3\">412<\/a> of the<\/p>\n<p>                     Indian Penal code were added.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                                It is alleged that the informant was<\/p>\n<p>                     going to deposit some amount in Bhabhua Post<\/p>\n<p>                     Office, where the informant was assaulted and<\/p>\n<p>                     the money was snatched. It is also alleged that<\/p>\n<p>                     the name of the petitioner has been surfaced on<\/p>\n<p>                     the basis of confessional statement by the co-<\/p>\n<p>                     accused. Rs.70,000\/-,cartridges and motorcycle<\/p>\n<p>                     were   recovered       from    the    house     of    the    co-<\/p>\n<p>                     accused.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                The     statement      has    been        made      in<\/p>\n<p>                     paragraph 7 that the petitioner has not been<\/p>\n<p>                     put up on T.I. parade. It is submitted that the<\/p>\n<p>                     petitioner       has    never     been    accused           under<\/p>\n<p>                     <a href=\"\/doc\/764237\/\" id=\"a_4\">Sections     394<\/a> or 307<a href=\"\/doc\/1569253\/\" id=\"a_5\"> of the Indian Penal Code<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                            Considering       the     aforesaid      submissions,<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                                                                       2<\/span><\/p>\n<p>            let   the    petitioner   namely,     Babloo   Dubey    be<\/p>\n<p>            released on bail on furnishing bail bond of<\/p>\n<p>            Rs.10,000\/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of<\/p>\n<p>            the like amount each to the satisfaction of<\/p>\n<p>            learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at<\/p>\n<p>            Bhabua      in   connection   with   Bhabua    P.S.
