To the limited extent of seeking deletion of above<br \/>\nsections, he press this petition.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">\tIssue<br \/>\nnotice returnable on 8.2.2011.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">\tUpon<br \/>\nperusal of the complaint, it would prima facie reveal that<br \/>\nallegations in the complaint are that under threat of exposing his<br \/>\nphotograph in compromising position with girl, the accused had<br \/>\nextorted money from him.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">\tConsidering<br \/>\nthe allegations and submissions made by the counsel for the<br \/>\npetitioner, by way of ad interim relief, investigation in connection<br \/>\nwith offence under <a href=\"\/doc\/329571\/\" id=\"a_2\">Section 392<\/a> and <a href=\"\/doc\/1119707\/\" id=\"a_3\">395<\/a> is stayed.
