SHRI MAHA SHANKAR MISHRA, FATHER'S NAME NOT KNOWN\n                     TO THE PETITIONER, THE INCHARGE DIECTOR, DIRECTORATE\n                     OF ARCHEOLOGY, BIHAR, PATNA\n                                                -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">03.     07.03.2011                 In compliance of the orders of this Court dated 6.8.2009,<\/p>\n<p>                       Annexure-1 the Principal Secretary, Art Culture and Youth, Bihar,<\/p>\n<p>                       Patna has passed order no.14 dated 3.3.2011, Annexure-A to the show<\/p>\n<p>                       cause, whereunder claim of the petitioner for regularization has been<\/p>\n<p>                       rejected on the ground that he failed to complete 240 days every year<\/p>\n<p>                       in the preceding five years from the cut off date i.e. 11.12.1990 as<\/p>\n<p>                       provided in paragraph 3(i) of circular letter dated 16.3.2006. Counsel<\/p>\n<p>                       for the petitioner, however submits that no such requirement is<\/p>\n<p>                       provided in paragraph-3(i) of circular letter dated 16.3.2006.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                                   Aforesaid aspect of the matter can be better appreciated<\/p>\n<p>                       when petitioner will challenge order dated 3.3.2011, Annexure-A.<\/p>\n<p>                       This contempt application is, accordingly, disposed of with liberty to<\/p>\n<p>                       the petitioner to challenge order dated 3.3.2011 by filing another writ<\/p>\n<p>                       petition.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                                   (V.N.
