It is<br \/>\n\tfurther stated that Cri.Misc.Appln.No.14437 of 2011 was simply<br \/>\n\tadjourned to 19-10-2011. It is therefore requested that order of<br \/>\n\tissuance of notice and granting ad-interim relief may be passed in<br \/>\n\tCri.Misc.Appln.No.14379 of 2011.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">It<br \/>\n\tis true that instead of passing order of issuance of notice and<br \/>\n\tgranting ad-interim relief in Cri.Misc.Appln.No.14379 of 2011, this<br \/>\n\tCourt has inadvertently passed order in Cri.Misc.Appln.No.14437 of<br \/>\n\t2011.
