Appeal Nos.869,935,966 &amp; 1109 of 2009\n               ....................................................................\n               Dated this the 10th day of February, 2010.\n\n                                      JUDGMENT\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">Ramachandran Nair, J.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      The very same decision followed by the Tribunal in deciding<\/p>\n<p>these appeals in favour of the assessee stands confirmed by judgment<\/p>\n<p>of this court in I.T.A. Nos.353 and 1226 of 2009 dated 18.11.2009<\/p>\n<p>wherein it was held that the assessee is entitled to set off of MAT<\/p>\n<p>credit against tax liability in the computation of interest payable under<\/p>\n<p>Section 234B and <a href=\"\/doc\/248374\/\" id=\"a_1\">Section 234C<\/a> of the Income Tax Act. Following the<\/p>\n<p>above judgment we dismiss these appeals also filed by the Revenue.<\/p>\n<p>Registry will attach a copy of judgment in I.T.A.
