The State of Bihar through the Secretary, Higher\n                          Education, Government of Bihar, New\n                          Secretariat, Patna.\n                                                        ---Opp. Parties\n                                            -----------\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">6.   27.9.2010             Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and opposite<br \/>\n                 parties no.2 to 4 as also the State.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">                           A show cause has been filed on behalf of opposite parties-<br \/>\n                 University stating therein to the effect that as per the calculation of<br \/>\n                 the University, excess amount has been paid and as such, the same is<br \/>\n                 recoverable from the petitioner.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">                           Learned counsel for the University submits that the<br \/>\n                 calculation has been sent to the Auditors appointed by the State<br \/>\n                 Government and after the same is audited and on recommendation,<br \/>\n                 if any amount is found payable, the same is also to be paid.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                           Considering the submissions of the parties and on perusal<br \/>\n                 of the show, since the order of this Court has been complied with,<br \/>\n                 this contempt application need not proceed further.
