RAMKUMAR, J.\n            ----------------------------------------------------\n                Bail Application No.264 of 2011\n           -----------------------------------------------------\n           Dated this the 20th day of January, 2011\n\n                                 ORDER\n<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      In this Petition filed under Sec.438 <a href=\"\/doc\/445276\/\" id=\"a_1\">Cr.P.C<\/a>. the petitioners<\/p>\n<p>who are accused Nos.1 to 3 in Crime No.13 of 2011 of<\/p>\n<p>Payyannur Police Station for an offence punishable under<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"\/doc\/445276\/\" id=\"a_1\">Section 498-A<\/a> read with <a href=\"\/doc\/37788\/\" id=\"a_2\">Section 34<\/a> I.P.C., seek anticipatory bail.<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">      2.   I heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and<\/p>\n<p>the learned Public Prosecutor.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">      3.   After evaluating the factors and parameters which are<\/p>\n<p>to be taken into consideration in the light of paragraph 122 of<\/p>\n<p>the verdict dated 2-12-2010 of the Apex Court in <a href=\"\/doc\/1108032\/\" id=\"a_3\">Siddharam<\/p>\n<p>Satlingappa Mhetre v. State of Maharashtra and Others<\/a><\/p>\n<p>(2010 (4) KLT 930), I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to<\/p>\n<p>the petitioners. Accordingly, a direction is issued to the officer-<\/p>\n<p>in-charge of the police station concerned to release the<\/p>\n<p>petitioners on bail in the event of their arrest in connection<\/p>\n<p>with the above case on each of them executing a bond for<\/p>\n<p>`25,000\/- (Rupees twenty five thousand only) with two solvent<\/p>\n<p>sureties each for the like amount to the satisfaction of the said<\/p>\n<p>officer and subject to the following conditions:-<\/p>\n<p>Bail Appln.No.264\/2011<br \/>\n<span class=\"hidden_text\" id=\"span_1\">                                   -:2:-<\/span><\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">      1.     The    petitioners  shall  report   before    the<\/p>\n<p>             Investigating Officer between 9 a.m. and<\/p>\n<p>             11 a.m. on all Wednesdays.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">      2. The petitioners shall make themselves available<\/p>\n<p>             for     interrogation    including      custodial<\/p>\n<p>             interrogation as and when      required by the<\/p>\n<p>             Investigating Officer.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_5\">      3.     The    petitioners  shall   not   influence    or<\/p>\n<p>             intimidate the prosecution witnesses nor shall<\/p>\n<p>             they attempt to tamper with the evidence for<\/p>\n<p>             the prosecution.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_6\">      4.     The petitioners shall not commit any offence<\/p>\n<p>             while on bail.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_7\">       5.
