No. 12104 of 2010 and the case of these petitioners<\/p>\n<p>                  more or less stands on similar footing.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                           Accordingly, petitioners, namely, Nibas Sharma and<\/p>\n<p>                  Pyar Sharma @ Piayar Sharma are directed to be released on<\/p>\n<p>                  bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000\/- (ten thousand) each<\/p>\n<p>                  with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with<\/p>\n<p>                  Shambhuganj P. S.
