DAVE\n\t\t\n\t\n\n \n\n \n \n\n\n \n\nDate\n: 21\/07\/2011 \n\n \n\n \n \nORAL\nORDER<\/pre>\n<p id=\"p_1\">1.\t\tThe<br \/>\napplicant-undertrial prisoner has preferred this application on the<br \/>\nground that widow mother of the prisoner aged around 67 years is<br \/>\nadvised Hystrectomy and necessary medical certificate duly verified<br \/>\nby police authority is produced on record. However, the concerned<br \/>\nP.S.I., Rander Police Station, Surat has apprehended that the<br \/>\napplicant is involved in serious offences and may not be granted<br \/>\ntemporary bail. However, considering over all facts and circumstances<br \/>\nand it is not in dispute that old widow mother aged around 67 years<br \/>\nof the prisoner is scheduled to be operated for Hystorectomy as per<br \/>\nmedical certificate dated 6.7.2011 issued by the competent medical<br \/>\nofficer of the hospital, I am inclined to consider his case for<br \/>\nreleasing him on temporary for a period of two weeks.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2.\t\tAccordingly,<br \/>\nthe applicant is ordered to be released on temporary bail for a<br \/>\nperiod of two weeks from the date of actual release on furnishing<br \/>\npersonal bond of Rs.5000\/- and surety of like amount to the<br \/>\nsatisfaction of the jail authorities. On completion of the period of<br \/>\ntemporary bail, he shall surrender to the jail authorities in time.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">3.\t\tRule<br \/>\nis made absolute to the aforesaid extent.
