Appellant present. The<br \/>\npublic authority is represented by Dr. Ajai Prakash Gupta, (PIO) and Shri S. R. Alam,<br \/>\n(APIO). The parties are heard.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_1\">2.                  It is the submission of the appellant that he was recommended for<br \/>\nselection as Scientist E-2 in IIIM, Jammu in 2008 by the Selection Committee but this<br \/>\nrecommendation was cancelled by the Director after about an year. Dr. Gupta submits<br \/>\nthat the recommendation of the Selection Committee was not approved by the Director<br \/>\nfor certain technical reasons.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_2\">3.                  This may well be so. In the premises, we hereby direct Shri Gupta to<br \/>\ngive inspection of all the relevant documents to the appellant and to take copies thereof,<br \/>\nfree of cost, in 04 weeks time.\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_3\">                                                                                      Sd\/-\n<\/p>\n<p id=\"p_4\">                                                                           (M.L.
